Service Department

BASIC SERVICE:

• Change engine oil and filter
• Change fuel filter
• Lube all grease fittings
• Check air filter condition
• Check fan, alternator, and A/C belt condition and tension
• Check hoses
• Check safety switches
• Check and top off all fluids (>1 qt additional $)

STANDARD SERVICE, PLUS:

• Change outer air filters
• Change hydraulic and transmission filters
• Check fan, alternator, and A/C belt condition
• Adjust belt tension
• Check hose condition
• Check and adjust tire pressure
• Check torque of loader and ROPS bolts

FULL SERVICE, PLUS:

• Change front axle and hub oil
• Change transmission and hydraulic fluid
• Check platform and cab mounting hardware torque
• Check wheel bolt torque
• Check tie rod condition
• Check front wheel alignment
• Inspect front axle pivot
• Clean power steering filter
• Check clutch adjustment
• Check coolant freeze/boil protection

PREMIUM SERVICE, PLUS:

• Lube linkages, pins, and adjustment threads
• Load test battery, and check fluid level
• Clean and protect battery terminals
• Check radiator cap
• Change coolant
• Clean radiator fins and screens
• Clean cab air filters (if applicable)
• Test and adjust hydraulic pressure
• Check lights and replace burnt bulbs (parts extra)
• Inspect engine and cab isolation mounts
• Check throttle linkage and rpm settings
• Adjust brakes
• Check A/C operation (if applicable)
• Treat fuel system for algae and gelling

BASIC SERVICE:

• Change engine oil and filter

• Check and top off transmission fluid
• Check tire pressure
• Visually check belts and blades
• Check safety switches

STANDARD SERVICE, PLUS:

• Change air filter
• Check spindle bearings
• Check idler pulleys
• Check scalp rollers
• Sharpen blades (blades beyond service limit will be replaced, parts additional)

FULL SERVICE, PLUS:

• Change fuel filter
• Change spark plugs
• Change hydrostat transmission filters (if applicable)
• Replace blades
• Check suspension linkage
• Check ROPS mounting hardware

PREMIUM SERVICE, PLUS:

• Load test battery
• Change hydro fluid and filters (if applicable/commercial mowers)
• Clean and protect battery terminals
• Check and adjust deck level
• Check and adjust travel tracking
• Check and adjust throttle cable
• Check and adjust choke cable
• Check and adjust governor and high idle speed
• Check castor wheel and fork bearings
• Change hydro oil and filter (if applicable)
• Check wheel torque
• Check rear hub adapter torque
• Scrape buildup from underside of deck
• Clean oil cooler fins
• Clean engine cooling fins
• Check muffler
• Add fuel conditioner cleaner

BASIC SERVICE:

• Change engine oil and filter
• Sharpen or change blade (parts extra)
• Check safety features
• Check air filter

STANDARD SERVICE, PLUS:

• Change spark plug
• Change air filter
• Check drive belt
• Check wheels

PREMIUM SERVICE, PLUS:

• Clean deck buildup
• Check/adjust choke
• Check/adjust governor
• Check/adjust throttle cable
• Check/adjust drive cable and controls
• Clean cooling fins
• Check and lube drive system
• Replace blade

STRING TRIMMER FULL SERVICE:

• Change air filter
• Change spark plug
• Change fuel filter
• Check cables
• Adjust carburetor
• Lube drive shaft and gear box
• Check cutter head and fill with line

BLOWER FULL SERVICE:

• Change air filter
• Change spark plug
• Change fuel filter
• Adjust carburetor

POLE SAW FULL SERVICE:

• Change air filter
• Change spark plug
• Change fuel filter
• Adjust carburetor
• Check recoil
• Check cables
• Check adjust chain
• Lube shaft/gearbox
• Check chain oiling

CHAINSAW FULL SERVICE:

• Change air filter
• Change spark plug
• Change fuel filter
• Adjust carburetor
• Install new chain (parts extra)
• Rotate bar
• Check oiling system
• Check chain break
• Check clutch
• Check recoil
• Lube bar sprocket
• Inspect drive sprocket

• Tire Sealant: Lawnmower
• Tire Sealant: Agriculture: Front
• Tire Sealant: Agriculture: Rear
• Blade Sharpen: Blades on mower
• Blade Sharpen: Blade off mower
• Blade Replacement: (Parts extra)
